Effective Date: October 24, 2026. Every paid service or pilot deposit on MattrixToppers is backed by our strict, clear refund terms.
Career Launchpad Cohort
Full 100% refund within 7 days of cohort kickoff if unsatisfied with your stage roadmap or sprint mentor; no questions asked.
1-on-1 Portfolio & Resume Audit
100% refund if the scheduled mentor fails to attend or reschedule within 48 business hours of the booked time slot.
Recruiter Hiring Pilot Deposit
₹3,000 deposit is non-refundable once talent matching work begins. 100% full refund if MattrixToppers fails to deliver verified candidate proofs or if cancelled prior to match commencement.
1. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, submit a ticket via our in-app Student Desk or send an email to MattrixToppers@gmail.com with:
- Your registered account email address.
- Order or reservation reference ID (e.g.,
RES-XXXXXXXX-...). - Brief explanation of the refund reason.
2. Processing Timelines & Gateway Reversals
Once approved by our desk team, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Reversals appear in your original bank account or payment method within 5–7 banking days via our payment processor.
3. Pilot Gating Notice
Live payment processing is currently gated pending KYC compliance (payments_enabled = false). During this pilot phase, reserving cohort slots collects ₹0 today. Any deposits collected during live operations will adhere strictly to the rules above.
