Effective Date: October 24, 2026. By accessing MattrixToppers (mattrixtoppers.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
MattrixToppers is an AI-powered Student and Career Infrastructure Platform. MattrixToppers is NOT a coaching institute, course marketplace, job board, or placement agency. We do not sell guaranteed job offers, exam shortcuts, or pay-to-play credentials. All advancement is earned through verifiable Proof-of-Work.
1. Platform Roles & Account Governance
Users must select their authentic role during onboarding. Privilege escalation attempts are monitored by automated PostgreSQL triggers and result in permanent ban:
Accesses study guides, project sprints, verified toolboxes, and builds public proof portfolios.
Verified industry professional reviewing student proof-of-work and granting verified credentials.
Educators and track leaders conducting interactive workshops and architecture deep dives.
Discovers audited student proof-of-work for verified internships and early-career hires.
Authorized academic faculty monitoring campus proof-of-work analytics and AISHE-linked placement drives.
2. Proof-of-Work Honesty & Academic Integrity (GEN-R9)
Every project, GitHub repository, and challenge URL submitted to MattrixToppers must represent original student work. Fabricated testimonials, copy-pasted demo links, AI-hallucinated credentials, or fake employer offers will be purged immediately, and associated certificates will be permanently revoked with an immutable audit record.
3. Anti-Piracy, DRM & Content Licensing
All learning tracks, architecture guides, and proprietary problem statements delivered on MattrixToppers are protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM). Users agree:
- Not to rip, scrape, automate, or reproduce proprietary study material.
- Not to bypass browser content viewer protections (copy blocking, print-to-PDF restrictions, or digital email watermarking).
- Watermarks containing your account email and identifier are embedded for forensic verification against content leaks.
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
MattrixToppers provides guidance tools, challenge specifications, and verified discovery as an infrastructure facilitator. While our review board audits opportunities to eliminate fraudulent postings (registration fee scams and unverified hiring), MattrixToppers is not liable for third-party hiring decisions, visa outcomes, or external corporate policies.
